Neck gizzards are the peeled meat from a chicken's neck, and are a rare cut that can only be obtained in about 100g from one chicken.The meat is coated with a secret recipe sauce before being grilled.This meat comes from the neck muscles, which are where the chicken moves a lot, so you can enjoy a firm, chewy, and elastic texture.
